ladders and shooting

I teach at a summer camp and one of my students cannot shoot once he has moved on any frame. I have un looped the character movement and also ensured there are no blank frames for the bullets direction but it still won't work. I know there are sometimes problems with the army characters but I have had them shooting before and it has never been a problem on every frame.

Also another student has ladders but when the character climbs them he goes up a little to the right of the ladder. This has never happened to me before.

Any ideas?? Thanks

what do you mean by move on any frame. Also I have experienced something like this before it happened when i rapidly pressed the "fire button" It was caused by the animation freezing up on itself. And yes an upload of it would be nice if you need a place to upload you can use the file forum.

Thank you everyone for your replies but we have figured it out. I hadn't unlooped the movement for every animation only the shooting one. As soon as I did it for them all the problem was solved. Thank you anyway for your input.
