Re: Why canīt I use this gif?

Because the file is corrupt :P

Windows image viewer and MS GIF Animator could not open it so don't expect MMF2 to be able to.

Re: Why canīt I use this gif?

I just tried importing it in build 245 through the animation editor and it worked fine.

Re: Why canīt I use this gif?

IrfanView, MicrosoftPhotoeditor, Game Maker, MS Paint open it without any problem but not MMF.

I have just reinstalled MMF 2 and I had this problem before then I think it was something about the Gif header.

This gif does not work : Header GIF87aI

    This works: Header GIF89a8

Yves helped me and I had to upgrade
    C:\Program Files\Multimedia Fusion Developer 2a\Filters\Images

Does build 245 not upgrade those filters?

    Best wishes,

Hmm... the build 245 contains the latest version of the filters. When did I help you? Do you remember the date? so that I search in my e-mails.

Re: Why canīt I use this gif?

    Your post from 12/12/06:

"I've modified the GIF filter to support this type of GIF files. Unzip the attached file to the MMF2 Filters\Images folder. Please try it with as many GIF files as you can and if any problem with files send them to me or post them here, thanks!

    Yves."

When I copied your new filter 12/12 I renamed the old one as gifflt.iftg everything worked fine. Then I had both gifflt.ift and gifflt.itfg and that worked.

Later I had to reinstall MMF then I got the file error again - with build 245! To try to fix it I

    1) I both copied your new filter from 12/12 06

I still get a error message

    2) Then I deleted gifflt.itfg

    Then MMF loads the file

I just double checked this to be sure I restore (gifflt.itfg)from my Recycle bin and I get a Unknown format error. Strange!!

Delete it and everything works fine!!
