Ok, here's the problem:
I'm trying to create a set of Lua functions that will give me control over my actives in my game.
Some will be basic, like setAlterableValue, getAlterableValue, others a little more complex, like moveTo, etc, etc..
The problem I'm facing right now, is that I can't find a way to retrieve a specific alterable value from an object. The name / number of the alterable value is specified in one of the parameters of the function called from the Lua script.
Basically, what I'm trying to do is this:
DoCall("getAlterableValue", objectID, alterableValueName)
- objectID: is the value of the Alterable Value A of every object.
- alterableValueName is the name of the alterable value (well, duh!). This can be replaced by the alterable value's number, instead of it's name.
Anyone has any ideas?
