Extension Wiki site + Source repository?

I'm new to extension development and I was quite impressed with the wiki at this address : http://www.mmfwiki.erathean.com/
It helped me understand the concepts contained within the sdk far better than the included helpfile in the mmf2sdk - albeit that the helpfile was far more extensive.
So with regards to extension development I have 3 questions:
    1) The example in the above wiki creates an extension that inputs objects as parameters to the SetObject1 and SetObject2 actions, however The MMF2SDK doessn't include a "PARAM_OBJECT" parameter. Has this not been included or is it missing? Is there a way to still do this?
    2) I'm very keen on building Windows API controls as extensions - Perhaps it's asking too much, but is there a good source repository out there with good examples, so I may learn from these (I'e listbox, listview, scrollbar, etc extension source). Perhaps a page on good tutorials besides the ones included in the SDK.
3)Any Update of CICK2 or similar program to help speed up source code formulation ?

Much Appreciated. Looking forward to anyone's reply
    Thanx.

1: Huh? I see this line in Cncf.h:
    #define PARAM_OBJECT 1
So it's definitely defined. Of course, this is the official SDK (build 246), not rSDK or anything like that.
    2: No, I don't think so

    1) PARAM_OBJECT is there... Thought it ain't in the help file.
    2) Nope. But the simple control example is enough to get you running if you are familiar to the win api
    3) Depending on which version of VC++ you have you could get rSDK ( it is waiting for a update I am making and well I have been lazy )rSDK makes it much easier to add actions etc. There was a beta of cick2 but it was discontinued

Oh groovy, I totally forgot that this was posted on that wiki . I have been meaning to rewrite my tutorials to make them a bit more modern..

Yeah - Found it while searching for CICK - Excellent work!
That's exactly what I meant - perhaps i didn't phrase it correctly - The Parameter is not defined in the MMF2SDK Help file.
Will Look carefully at the contol extension, thx

It's worth noting that if you try and use a param_object in a condition, MMF will give you a pointer to the condition instead of a pointer to the object. It's possible to work around if you have to, but it's difficult, so it's best just to not use param_object in conditions.
