[Bug] File Selector Crash - finally reproduceable!

What an accident ... Some minutes ago this bug cross my way again.
Description in the file...

It seems it's the same in the other file selectors like the Edit object.

Ok, I've tried this and it doesn't crash for me. I do exactly what it says, I run the application...:

1. choose a file

2. restart application (F2)

3. wait for tool tip text over a file in the selector

It works fine and I can carry on selecting file after file.

In my case the application crashs without any error popup. :eek:

Weird, I have the XP, SP2 also. I wonder if it crashes for anyone else?

Doesn't crash for me. Are you trying to view, for example, .avi-file's information in the tooltip? If you have bad codecs it could crash.. that's the only reason I can come up with..

It crashs not always but very often, no matter what file type.
Hm ... It seems you must move the mouse over the files very fast, after restarting the application. After some time it wouldn't crash anymore!? :confused: Curious...
