Scrolling help or animation help

There is file below which is a quick example of the problem i am facing. When My character walks into a wall or object everything around starts vibrating"in the example you will see this on starting on the 2nd row of blocks. I want it to be smooth where when he walks into the wall the walking animation stops and nothing around shakes or vibrates which is probably due to the scrolling. Any help will be awesome.
Dynasoft I think I tried what you said but i still could not get it to work so i just threw this together real fast and hope someone can show me what's wrong. Thanks

Hmmm I might suggest some invisible detectors to control the scrolling when you want the character to stop and at that time also change the animation while the detector overlaps an obstacle.

LIJI had an automatic detector extension recently -- It might be a cool one to try.
