I checked over the list of possible limitations of Vitalize and I couldn't find anything wrote with my application. On my website, I get a window initialization error with the latest version of my game. All I did was add in sounds to the app and they are internal files. The ccn opened straight from my desktop opens fine without error. The website is vitalize.co.nr . Tell me if it works for you. It is Rattler Rampage (Vitalize). Everytime I run it I get the "Window Initialization Error."
