I have a great idea for security of the games.

I have a problem, people might copy and paste my games. So i had an idea, Is it possible to have a system were if two two IP adresses are used on the copyed application it would end application.

An example:

{If 2 IP adresses stored ------ End application}

This would mean that the program could never be run.

Not a good idea, as IP addresses rarely stay the same. Most people's IP address will change each time they connect to the internet (and not everyone has an internet connection anyway).

Where would you store the value ? In registry where anyone can find it, in an encrypted file that anyone can delete so the app will create another ?
IP addresses only stay the same on static lines, MAC addresses never change unless you change the NIC or use a special distro of linux... This is all easy stuff, look it up on wikipedia

What could happen is that it finds something uneek like a system operating number like mine is [...] found on my basic computer info. I chose IP adress because i thought no computer could cange it.
