    Race track copywrite

    Do real race tracks around the world have copywirte over them



    [like ..um.... DVDS or famous drink brands (cola, FOX , you know?]

    I don't think so because some of the tracks take corners, straights, shicanes etc from other tracks so no I don't think they are.

    Do you mean the names of the tracks or how they are built? I think you're safe in either case.

    Both name tracks and how they are built and copying them in every exact detail. to the last point.

    No I dont think so. In Prject gotham racing they didnt have to go to every country asking for permission to copy their tracks did they?

    i dont thinnk you can call your tracks the same names without some sort of permission, but copying them should be ok.
