i've noticed that 40+ actives (with alpha transparency)
slow down the app from 90 to 8 fps when always rotating
or scaling with maximum quality.
Without rotate/scale the framerate drops at 500+ objects to 50-.
With active picture objects (with alpha transparency) the
framerate drops only at 1500+ objects to 80 and at 2500+ objects
to 50. Rotate/scale has no effect on the framerate.
I this a known bug?
Display mode is Direct3D 9, VSync is off.
