Noob question ... click, drag and shoot ...

    Hi, me again.

Can I easily do the following.

Click and hold on an object on screen, drag in one direction (say right, but up to 360 different directions) and have a line extend from the middle of the object to the mouse position, let go (of click) and have item then move away in the direction opposite the pull at a speed relative to the length of my pull?

Similar to a simple billiards game but this isn't billiards.

Thoughts (as I try to make a purchase decision).

You would be able to do something like this with the physics extension (see its thread on the Extensions forum for more details). However, you may find that this is fairly advanced stuff in any kind of authoring software.
