    Flipping PNG files

I have a big problem. The problem is that I have plenty of animations on plenty of characters and I need to flip the PNG files so that they can walk in opposite direction.

When I flip the png files now they get all messed up and crazy.

To make it work now I just flip the pictures in photoshop and then import them. But this way the file size gets alot much bigger because I have so much pictures that needs to be duplicated.

Is it the alpha channel that gets messed up? In that case try flipping the frame instead of the picture.

Yes it is with HWA and yes its the alpha i think. But what do you mean by flipping the frame? Do you mean the whole level? I only want to flipp the characters nothing more.

Instead of using the flip button, right-click on the frame and choose Flip Horizontally...

I meant the animation frame btw.
