    this is incredible already use golvePIE to play with mmf2 controls but this would be sooo much beter and less hassel, easier to play on other cpus =D

    I'll upload it for public testing once the basics of the extension is done, meaning when no more features is likely to be added!

    Some good news

    I managed to get IR working, so with about 1 minutes effort I managed to move the mouse cursor with the wiimote

    I have also added full support for the wiimote and nunchuk inputs, orientation and button inputs! Since the joystick on the nunchuk is analog input is retrieved via an expression (-1.0 to 1.0 on both x and y)...

    I also managed to get the guitar to work except for the little joystick at the top.. every other input works perfectly!

    The extension is almost complete.. just a few more things to add!
    I'll probably post a test application soon..

    Meanwhile, those of you who are able to test this but don't know how to connect the wiimote to the pc, heres a guide!

    Here we go, a demo application!

    It allows you to connect up to 4 wiimotes, then you can test the different button and orientation inputs!
    It should also support nunchuk, guitar and classic controller (classic controller yet untested!) also the joystick on the guitar wont work!

    Start by connecting you wiimote to the pc by following this guide!

    the only weird thing i see so far is that the XYZ orientation and pitch/roll values "lock" when the controller/nunchuk is moving quickly

    EDIT: classic controller seems to work fine, but there doesn't seem to be any way to detect if ZR/ZL is pressed, and the L and R buttons only go up about a third of the "meter" when fully pressed

    Yes, the values lock.. I think you are suppoed to read the acceleration values during fast movements.. Only logic explanation I could find... Also about the classic controller.. that's probably fine.. I have assumed that the values range from 0.0 to 1.0 but that might not be the case.. they might range from 0.0 to 0.4 or something...
