It should be on the nightly release by now if any non-developers want to take a look

    Re: SVN

Just to let you all know, I just converted the simple control example to rSDK, you can get it from the svn and soon in the nightly zip

    Hopefully it got committed.

    Re: SVN

I've updated the rVector class to make rSDK successfully compile under Visual C++ 2008 (and possibly Visual C++ 2005).

    Re: SVN

I love SVN. I really think MMF2 should support comparing different versions of .mfa files, the same way that you can with .txt files, and the same way that you can with Microsoft Office.

MS Office actually has a mode build in where you can pass it two versions of files, and it will nicely show you the changes. (OpenOffice does too).

If MMF2 supported this, it'd be very helpful in seeing what you changed over time.

Using SVN is very simple on windows, just install: http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/

Also, it's cool that you are running a SubVersion server, but if anyone want to use Version Control for your own, non-open source projects, consider installing Visual SVN Server.

The install is as easy as can be. You'll have it up in no time, and it even supports SSL.

    Re: SVN

One should also know that if local SVN capabilities are needed without providing server to other people, SVN Serve is not needed...

Tortoise SVN allows you to set a folder to be a repository and then another folder to check out to that folder using file:///c:/Repository link to the folder.

All SVN features are allowed this way. Of course, noone else will be able to use your SVN repository, but you will have your own local source control...
