    onscreen keyboard

here is an onscreen keyboard which is part of a larger project I have been working on for touch screen kiosks

this keyboard eliminates a physical keyboard and limits user input to the 'keys' I have defined

I save it as a .ccn internet app and then call it from my other apps...

It passes a global string upon pressing enter (onscreen)

the only mildly challenging part was making backspace work

my final product has nicer grfx, but this could easily be 're-arted' as I have

I welcome any improvements, code, suggestions etc

    Re: onscreen keyboard

Why don't you just use an edit box, disable certain keys using the Control X Object, and simulate the keys when each one is pressed. Then you don't have to go through the trouble of using Global Values.
