While I despise posts where people ask for such huge things, I'll try to help you the best I can.

Firstly, break the game into small manageable sections, for example, start with simple gameplay, then make advanced gameplay, and finally work towards online play. After that, you can add in extra features. And to answer your questions:

1.Each stage could be a different Moo channel, if you use the Moo objects.
2.Is described in the Moo tutorials by Jeff and also in the ones on the Daily Click done by Flava.
    3.Same as 2
4.Before you let a person log into a room, check to see how many people are in there. If there are 4, then redirect them to a different room. You can use a list to store all of the rooms in.

    You can either:

    A. Work off the tutorials

    or

    B. Pay patrick for his engine and work from there...

I did, and do not regret it for a second.

I had several games that were 'fun' but too buggy (online side) seeing his example made it easier to organize my code....

When you say you couldn't follow, do you mean that you couldn't understand it? Because if so, just go through them slowly, it should go line by line for what to add and how it works. Because it seems like the video chat tutorials would help you immensely in what you are trying to achieve.

    Re: a real online game

Chat data and game data is very similar.
A turn based game or a chat room is a good project to start with.

I have a couple Mooclick games tutorials I need to finish up and video. Having a bit of problem coming up with an "easy to explain" lag free real time game example so I will probably try to finish the turn based one first.

Real time games just seem to require so many events to deal with the lag and my brain doesn't work like that Perhaps someone else can come up with an easy method I just can't see.

but in the end its all just sending data and recieving data -- Nothing harder or different then what you find in the simple chat tutorials.
