Game error: Cannot find Yaso.mfx

When someone had tried to set up a game I made, they reported the following:

When I go to set it up, I get the message cannot find Yaso.mfx.

Has anyone ever experienced this? I haven't heard of it until now.

Make sure you have the Yaso extension installed, iirc it's in one of the bonus packs.

It's installed. It's not happening to me. It's happening when someone tries running the EXE after it's installed on their computer.

Ah, right, I misread you. My bad. Hmm... was the extension actually built with the game? I assume it has something to do with the Data Elements function, which I know has something to do with building files into the game so they aren't external... but tbh I've not used it much. Mostly it's automatic, so I assume you've probably pressed something so it hasn't been built into the game.

But this is entire guesswork, and probably wrong. Worth a look though, I guess.

Try making sure Yaso.mfx is located in the Data\Runtime folder of MMF before you build the EXE.

The person sent me a screen shot, and it ended up being the same anti-virus false positive issue others have reported.
