    Fake 3D - Map 360° Rotation/Sprites Scalling.. ??

Hello, I was reading the forum a long time and didn't find any useful example for the following .. So I ask u all ^^. Is there any way to generate a map effect of rotating 360°(Fake 3D like)? As shown in the picture below. I would also like to have perspective correction (sprites resizeing according distances). Is it possible?
Thank you and excuse my English ...

There are several different ways to do this. First would be to use the 3D Actives extension, but it is meant for turning flat actives into 3D images by scaling and moving them. Mode 7 ex could do a choppier version of it, but it would be very simple to do. Lastly, this could be coded in MMF2, but it would be fairly complicated. There was example on the forums about this, here it is: http://www.clickteam.com/epicenter/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=68188#Post68188
    Hopefully that helps.

The Easy3D engine scales the actives in a virtual 3D area, but I think the 3D Actives can do the same - and maybe better. You can set the camera position, perspective value, etc. It is easy to use, too.
Of course, you can also try Easy3D if you want to do this effect without any extensions. (You can check my homepage for the new version!)

Ok, here is how i want it to look like but not that good! it's still MMF2... i maded it in Google Sketchup and its just a representation. I need an engine that colud render a tiled surface + resizeing of flat sprites + camera rotation.

Well, I'm not completely sure, but I think that you can do all of that with the 3d Active object.

Yes, it is possible to make it with the 3D Actives object, but you can't make that rotating ground under the flat sprites (what was in your video). This can be done only with Mode7Ex or maybe with 3DMesh.
(Or use OverlayRedux to draw the ground... but it's a difficult possibility  )
