    Changing animation sequence

    When the player die,I change the Animation Sequence, but nothing is happening. Please, Can someone help me? I'm using PMO

    Please explain with a little more depth. Is the player destroyed when he dies?

    Yes. I have tried to set it to invisible and destroyed. And Change the animation Sequence. But nothing works. I can upload the file if you want.

    When an object is destroyed, it is wiped from existance and an animation object displays it's disappearing animation at the last direction it was at

    So now ive told you whats causing the problem it shoudn't be too difficult for you too find a way around it, any solution that works will do.

    When an object is destroyed, it is wiped from existance and an animation object displays it's disappearing animation at the last direction it was at
    100% incorrect. Please make sure you know what you are talking about before you give people false advice and send them off in the wrong direction. You don't have to reply to every single topic.

    Well, do you have any solution for me, then? It won't use the disappear animation when I set the player to be destroyed.

    Oddly, I have some objects that do automatically play their "Disappearing" animation when I call a Destroy action. But I can't actually make this work 100% of the time.

    On a related note, I have been trying to change the animation sequence on a "Collision between active1 and Active2" condition, but it doesn't seem to work. Is a collision condition a valid one to change animations with?

    Only if the movement of at least one object is a Clickteam default movement. Any other type of movement system requires the On Overlap condition.
