    High-score script problem

Hi, I'm trying to do a online highscore but i have a problem.
    In the tutorial it stands:

-> MooSock object: Send text line "GET http://[youraddresshere]/submitscore.php?name="+Edittext$( "Edit Box" )+"&score="+Str$(value( "Counter" ))

So i chose Send test line in MooSock (in the event editor)and wright in: "GET http://danell.byethost4.com/submitscore.php?name="+Edittext$( "Edit Box" )+"&score="+Str$(value( "Counter" ))

but when i press OK a error comes up and it says that it cant understand it.

In the text Edittext$, &score and Str$(value is blue.
What to i do wrong? Pleas help me...

I don't know about this topic but could it be that you are missing a "www." after the "http://"?

Try POST instead of GET and see if that works. Actually, I'm not sure if your talking about an error in the expression editor or the actual application. Anyway are you sure that you have an edit box named Edit Box and a counter named Counter. If it isn't exactly that, it won't work.

This isn't a problem with the communication - he's saying the expression editor won't allow that line to be entered at all.

Though I can't see why, just from looking at it. Are your edit box and counter actually called "Edit Box" and "Counter"? Try using Retrieve Value From An Object for these two pieces just to make sure that you're using the right object names.

(I'd also use Live Receiver instead of Moosock as it's so much easier and more guaranteed to work, yes, I will update the tutorial like I've been saying for the last year, absolutely, sorry.)
