Sorry if this question have been asked before, but I couldn't find this question with the forum's search function.
I would like to implement parallax scrolling (multiple levels of background scrolling at different speed) in my game, like many 16-bit games featured. I am new to MMF2, so I don't know if there is an easy way to do this.
However in TGF(1) I tried to get this effect by various small active objects at different speed. This way I could make different levels of stars or clouds scrolling though the screen. But I would like to have multiple levels of background which loop infinitely, not just some objects. I could maybe create activeobjects in the size of the whole screen's width and let them move through the screen, but I imagine this would cost more ressources then neccessary for this task.
Anyone here has already experience with this kind of scrolling?
