    CRC32 object problem & remedy

    If anyone is wondering why the CRC32 object does not run on stand-alone applications, there is a problem with it...
    A instant remedy(whoopee!)=
    1=Go to Extensions folder in MMF2 directory.
    2=Copy the CRC32 object(CRC32.mfx)
    3=Go to Data/Runtime in MMF2 directory.
    4=Paste the CRC32 object.
    Your stand-alone applications will need to be built again, but it'll work now.
    I'm sure you would be grateful apart from the fact the CRC32 object has barely any use anyway...

    Ah well, it's the thought that counts; thanks Villy...

    Be sure to post 'thank you's and if the object problem is sorted in a update or whatever, post and let the world in general know.

    Had this problem today man it took me for a loop pulling my code back, getting the BEX Error.
    I did have CRC32.mfx in the runtime folder it was 11kb compared to 24kb one in the extension folder.
    So I overwrite the runtime one with the extension one and now fixed I can standalone again.

    thanx,
    OSCreator.
