INI - saving to correct directory

Hi guys, having a bit of trouble with my INI saving. According to the tutorial on the website, not providing a file location and simply an ini name will create the INI in the .exe's directory. However, this is not the case and it installs in the windows folder instead. Using the latest build of MMF2, too.

Any idea how I can save the INI to the .exe's directory?
