I notice that when using such objects as Edit Boxes in MMF applications you can use many special characters such as acute, grave, umlaut and circumflex accents. However, when I try to add in many of the less common characters, the Polish characters Ł,Ę and Ą, for example - they just get converted into regular letters without the diacrtics (L,E,A etc).

1 Does this means applications complied in MMF can't handle the 1special characters even if used by a keyboard with those letters as native?

2 Does anyone know how characters work and if MMF2 can be somehow changed to allow the use of the full range? With an extension for example?
