    Games Factory problem

After a minute or so of play in a Games Factory-made game, the game goes buggy: the sound becomes repetitive and the game slows down when I do not press a key. How can I fix this problem?

Have you updated it to the latest build?
You can find the downloads on the side bar ------------>

Are you sure you don't have something in your events triggering the sound over and over? You could upload your file and I am sure it would take just seconds for someone to suggest a fix or confirm a bug.

It sounds to me you have an event condition you might need an "only one action per event loop" on as its getting triggered constantly.

Indeed. You are speaking of TGF2, and not TGF1, correct?

This was a problem with TGF 1, while I don't use TGF 2, I've never seen this problem crop up in MMF 1.5 or MMF 2. Which version of TGF are you using, 1 or 2?

    Re: Games Factory problem

I'm not using TGF itself. I'm using games that were made with TGF.

    Re: Games Factory problem

If this game was made with TGF 1, this is an old bug. Not sure what caused it to crop up, but it did on very rare occassions. The only way to fix it is to contact the maker of the game and ask them can they update the game engine by loading it into MMF 1.5 or above and resaving it as a standalone game.
