    Seeking help

Ask how many capacities Patch Maker can manufacture the patch?

I use Patch Maker to manufacture 400MB the patch, finally had not responded.

Ask that is how a matter?

    Thanks, Myth

    Re: Seeking help

Patch Maker is great for patching small files, it doesn't work very well with very big files. So if your application contains lots of small files, you can use it (the size of the patch can be up to 2 Gb), but if your application contains very big files or even a unique 400 Mb file, it won't work very well.

    Re: Seeking help

The size of the two folders is the same (that is 1.35G )with the size of the patch document being 350MB. In the patch document, the size of the single document doesn't surpass 100MB. However, I am still unable to make the patch.
Could you please tell me the reason for that and give me a on-support call ?

What do you mean by "I'm unable to make the patch"? What do you do and what happens exactly?

    Re: Seeking help

And there is no error message? Weird... I would need to look at the files to see what happens with a debugger. Could you upload both versions of gamedata-patch2.nsp and send me a link? What's the size of this file?

Suggestion : as the compression ratio with those NSP files seems very low, try to select the "If unknown version / Install it" option for these files. If this option is selected, Patch Maker doesn't try to detect the differences between these files and directly compress them with a simple ZIP compression. That could work.

    Re: Seeking help

Because the document is too small lead, the paper before me only four bytes.
Will change the procedures for large files can be normal compiler.
