    Global Strings in Edit Object

Hi all, I'm making this game so that in the beginning you type in your name and then it saves your name as Global String A. But then in the next level, I have this edit object that's supposed to be your narrator. Is it possible for me to set the text at the start of the frame to say something like "Global String A, be careful." Or something like that. I've tried that before but it didn't work. Any advice would help. Thanks.

    Try using:
    Global String A + ", be careful."
