    Simple Database Program help ^^

I like to make a simple program where the user searches for images in a database and the download link is provided for the user , The database could be stored in a INI file where the INI file can be renewed via the internet (In other words the user clicks update database :P and its downloaded from the net and his INI file is replaced with a newer one)

Should I use Store X 3.0 extension for this :S I am really confused.

    Really appreciate your help

Aqid, Please provide more detail. Example of what is coming down from the internet. Fields in the the database you expect to see. Were the images will be stored? How many records (images) you expect the database to hold? Etc...

    An example ^^:

User enters "Fish" in the edit box , The program searches for any image links with the keyword "fish" in the ini file and under the edit box it will offer links that have the keyword "fish" in it , When the user clicks "update database" this ini file will be replaced by a new ini file provided from a host of my choice ^^ (Or can it update on its own hmmm.

I am expecting the database (the ini file) to hold thousands of links. There are 2 fields which one is "The Image Name" and the other field is "The link for that image". These images are stored on a server of my choice.

    I hope I don't sound complicated ,
    Really appreciate your help
