is there anyway to make with MMF an application that acts like "teamspeak" chat? which people can talk and others will be able to hear them? \ also i wonder if its possible to add video (like webcam) option to it?

The short answer is YES you can do this but you will have to buy an active X control for each aspect. EG a teamspeak activex control and a webcam control both that are compatible with MMF2.
Not all Active x controls work with MMF2 so run trial active X versions first if at all possible.

You may be able to control them by using a DLL interface but I'm not aware of any.

You will most likely have to pay for the controls.
