Yes, the most useful might be the games that are in the Tutorials link over on the right, which typically have the completed articles available for people to open up and look around in, as well as explanations of what to do to achieve those results. I believe a couple of people here have released MFAs of their own games, too.
There are source files (MFA files) for MMF2 by the top three winners of the Twenty-Event contest.

OldGuy, the File Archive forums for MMF 2 and TGF 2 are full of open source files that you can download and explore. A good place to help you pick up the workings.
