how to control mouse speed for player movement?

Hi,

I finished doing the tutorial of chocobreak and I have a problem with the controls,
if its keys or other templates then I can control the speed of movement but if its mouse controlled I can't! any solution to that?
Hint: I am building a game similar to cocobreak and I need to slow down or force to slow down the player's moevment when using the mouse controls but I failed, I tried even "Always" in the editor to slow down the player and it doesn't seem to respond specially if the player controls are under the mouse control. thanks in advance for your feedback!!
