wav music is not playing back right

First I'd like to thank the people who have helped me so far. Being new to MF2, I had no idea what I was doing! The tutorial helped some but it didn't explain the entire process if you wanted to create something besides a breakout game.

Anyway... the topic at hand: I was searching this forum for adding music to my games and I came across one thread where it mentions using .wav files. I took my audio track, converted it to .wav, and added it to my game, but there is a problem. The audio plays back really sloooooow for some reason. My wav sound effects are fine, and when I play the music wav file through Media Player it sounds like it should. Any suggestions on what it could be?

    Very odd.

Any chance you could upload this WAV file?
How did you convert it to a WAV and what was it before?
