How do I compile an open source extension for use?

Dumb question I know, but I don't know how to do it.

You need to have visual C++

I thought we had a complied version laying around here someplace but we don't.

Yves was nice enough to slap it together for me.

Once I get the OK from Andos I will put it in an installer and put it in the released extension forum.

Unzip this and check out the folders and copy the MFX files to the same exact folders under your MMF directory.
