    OpenGL - Another beta.

    Hey, guys. I decided to release a new version since I promised you to release one in the next day... it still feels a bit unfinished, though.

    Changes and new features:
    • GLSL - OpenGL's powerful shading language.
    • Stencil buffers
    • Render to texture
    • Tesselation - Does not work yet (Convex polygons, for SEELE)
    • Point sprites for Dragonguy - Seems messy, size never changes. You have to use the old way for now
    • New .OBJ import (Codebreaking, now uses files!). This one is not so picky and is able to handle material libraries and groups.
    • Misc. actions such as changing the clear color.


    There are 5 examples:
    • Blending, Normals, Matrix Actions - All of them made by Zyx. He posted them before, hope he doesn't mind that I just take them. :P
    • Render to texture
    • GLSL & New .OBJ import

    Seems to have at least some improovements & new features from previous version but I still can't do sprites. (He said it wasn't done lol)

    Stencils doesn't seem to work. Possible reasons:

    You have not enabled the stencil buffer in your Pixel Format Descriptor (most likely this since it doesn't work at all)
    You have not set glClearStencil(0); //Will clear stencil buffer with 0
    You have not included GL_STENCIL_BUFFER_BIT when you clear the buffers

    HI, when trying the .obj examples it crashes mmf2 and displays a nice pattern. Ive included a piccy for you to see.

    MechaBowser I know why you got that error, you didn't install the .dll in both the MMF2 folder & the data/runtime folder.

    Blending example doesn't show anything at my PC (debugger shows that new objects are created but they aren't visible) and OBJGLSL is crashing MMF.

    Maybe your graphics card doesn't support Open Graphics Library, Mine doe's, games like Hexen 2 & Quake run perfectly on my computer and they are OGL Games.

    Nowadays Graphics Cards that doesn't support OpenGL? Oh please... :P

    Oh god. How could I forget that :S

    @MechaBrowser: Either no glew32.dll twice or HWA.

    @Gibbon: Only frame 1 or both? I have added a condition to check if GLSL is available... (Should be, though.)

    @Fanotherpg: Oops... doesn't work for me either. Going to have a look at that.

    @Dragonguy: No way.
