Rich Edit

Please.
Anyone know how to make a rich edit like an list object, like : When you add a line it comes aways in the bottom, even if you have other line selected. Cause I`m using New Line + text, and when I change the current line (e.g. by selecting any word of the text) the new line replace the text or doesnt stay at the bottom. Do you guys know What I meant ?
Other thing about rich edit, is there a command to write a text in rich edit with different colors like <green> hello </green>

Problem solved!
I used another rich edit hidden that send information to the first one..
