    Board Game Simulation

What is the best way to move a counter around a board - like in the game of monopoly e.g left then up then right then down using a random dice value. Left is OK but then going up the right amount -- I need help

Ps any similar games examples around would help
    Thanks

Have you tried the advanced Game Board object? If you have then look a little further into it.

Thanx - I have looked at this but I can't find anything close to a 'monopoly' type movement around a game board

Do you want an automatic movement according to the dice count? Or on a trust manual movement. If it is a manual movement, take a look at the Blue and Red board game on my website.

It is a two player game based on trust. The game uses a detector system to stay on a path.

You could also check out the Wargame Map object, as this will allow you to do movements based on a grid. Its available for download in the Extensions forum.
