Yeah there is an online scoreboard tutorial. It uses live receiver and url encoder.

Looks like it uses string tokenizer too. The PDF lists all the extensions and things you need.

but I've got the problem, that I do not just want to insert scores, but best would be if it would be possible to send like UPDATE this and INSERT that and SELECT those, which would return to the application the result of the query

Yeah, I tried that one before, but always, if I try to connect to the database my application just freezes for like 10 to 20 seconds.
I don't think it's meant to act like that, is it? Also it seems, that connecting fails.
