    Whats an Xbox?

First of all only XNA Game Studio for Visual Studio C# can create XNA Games.

However it is possible to get MMF2 Games onto XBox but you'd require a C# Runtime and you'd have to invent SDK C# to get your extensions onto XBox.

Thats a very big job indeed.

Actually Francois mentioned they might make an XNA runtime exporter, like how they made the Java, and now soon the Flash exporter.

However, if or when is up in the air as far as I know.

As Shawn says it might be possible in the future but for the moment no immediate plans.

We need to get everything else done first

Would it cost money??? I know to publish your games in XNA for the Xbox you had to be a member of the XNA Creators Club which isn't free. That's why I never published any of my XNA games... Also if the runtime is possible, could you please include it for the Zune?

Shame on you the Xbox is like the best yo! And btw, I believe C++ also has the ability to create XBox games

    Re: XNA for Xbox?

Of course C++ also does, you don't think Microsoft make all their developers use C# do you?

Nah, but you need a really expensive development kit to be able to run unsigned C++ code. For C#/XNA you just need to be a creator's club member and have a normal xbox 360, which is considerably cheaper.

Well XNA is probably meant to be used by C#

But as Dynasoft said, there probably exist a more expensive development kit for professionals

    Re: XNA for Xbox?

XNA is only for people intending to make games for Xbox Live Arcade. It's not going to get your big disk games sold in stores. For that, you need to work off of a much larger development kit and then actually get your game verified and signed off by Microsoft so it'll work on an unmodded Xbox 360.

    Re: XNA for Xbox?

It's nice to see the subject gets respones. I just thought if
clickteam created a down graded developer export. It would be
something microsoft couldn't control "I love microsoft but it
is a PC based computer and more then one way to skin a cat"
And doesn't everybody else write hacker codes, If you don't
steal it, it's orignal. And programers write windows code
everyday that doesn't get royalitys. Thanks and I not looking
    at hacked just options.
