Do you prefer an online game? If so, you must have a web server, some PHP and MySQL Knowledge and Moo/Oinc extension. I believe there is a tutorial on this forum.

But assuming from your post count, don't do something that would be difficult to you. Start from easy thing first

Begin with a simple online High score system first just so you understand the basics. You can then add the login functions after you have completed the High score system.

If this isn't an online game, use an INI object to save the data.
