HWA documentation: how effects parameters work

    Hi
I've been experimenting the HWA effects for a few days but I still lack knowledge about how exactly the various parameters work. And when in the Event Editor I need to set a certain parameter in the actions I'm not quite sure about the parameters' names and functions. Which are the parameters and how they work?
Where can I find an exaustive documentation about HWA's effects and specific parameters?
    thanks!

Re: HWA documentation: how effects parameters work

Basically you type the name which is in the brackets so for example if you were using the underwater effect and wanted to set blur power you would go to set effect parameter type "fBlur" and then set the value you wanted.

The values should be in range of what the effect is using also so it looks correct. If you don't need certain parameters set at runtime just change the ones in the properties for the active or layer etc. I think it uses this system so you can use expressions with the parameters rather than just selecting from a list. Hopefully this info will help

Re: HWA documentation: how effects parameters work

    Thanks!
I've had problems with Tint, particularly with the fTintColor parameter: I've set the string name of the parameter and then the value, the three RGB values:
    "fTintColor"
    255, 255, 255

but only the first one seems to be accepted, since the active object gets a red tint, and the other two values are ignored, I can type any number and nothing changes, the only number that affects the sprite is the first, the red one.

    Where's the mistake?

    Use getrgb(r,g,b).
