Help with Camera Scrolling for Side-Scrolling

Hi, I'm kinda new to these forums and Multimedia Fusion 2. I have a problem...... see I want to make a side-scrolling platformer, and so of cource I want the camera to follow the character as he moves. But it wont work..... heres what I tried doing after reading a tutorial by popcorn:

    STEPS_____________________________________________ _________
Step 1: Go to events editor
    Step 2: Set a Special-Always event
Step 3: Click on storyboard controls
    Step 4: Click Scrollings
Step 5: Click Center Window Position In Frame
Step 6: (I wasnt sure about the values here) I set X and
    Y values to 0
Step 7: Click Relative To and select the character
    __________________________________________________ _________
Now I made sure that the whole PlayArea was bigger than the Frame Size.... When I move my character though, the camera doesnt follow him, even if he walks out of the camera range. Someone please tell me what Im doing wrong?

You need to change the frame size in frame properties. Unfortunately, placing stuff outside the frame won't increase the frame size.

your window size and your frame size are the same.
you need to make your frame size bigger (to the size you want to scroll)
Edit: I guess I'm too slow at answering
