Vitalize! Application not working

I can run my .ccn file fine offline through my web browsers, but I cannot run it when it is uploaded. Even when I run the raw file TagNet.ccn off my web server it wont run.
Im currently using TGF Pro 1.06.

Note: It works perfectly fine taking the .ccn file that I just created and running it in my web browser, but when I upload the file and download it again, it doesnt work at all.

Whats the problem?

Well, ive had an update and this seems to be the issue now:
Using Mozilla Firefox, I can access the html file with the Vitalize Object and it works fine.
Using Internet Explorer, the Vitalize Object fails to initialize unless I access the .ccn file directly.
No-one else can run it in any web browser. Using IE, I sent my friend a link to both the html file and the .ccn file, neither would load. Vitalize was installed correctly but it wouldnt work.

If you think it is browser dependent or something I think it might help to have more people try it

I had problems like this when I changed servers. All my vitalized programs stopped working. It had something to do with the servers settings and could be fixed . While I waited I got my programs working by using different file endings! So I renamed my *.cnn as *. doc that worked for me.
