I have already posted into similiar topic but there was no definite anwer whather those are in HWA already accelerated. I mean - in MMF2 standard mode it gets laggy with more 3D meshes. How about HWA? Its still rendered to 2D space but this 2D space is hw accelerated, or is it independent window causing bottle-neck effect?
Rather then testing I would like to hear technical point of view
And about openGL - I still believe more in D3D, but maybe it doesnt apply nowadays
