    Hello.
If you only want to rotate along the Z axis, that means it only rotates in a 2D manner - using MMF's set angle action, you can use a function called Atan2(x,y). It gives you an angle based on a 2D vector.

Simply pass the difference between source and target position.
    In this case:
    Atan2(X("Arrow")-X("Target"),Y("Arrow")-Y("Target"))

For other reasons, you'll also need to add 90.

    Atan2(X("Arrow")-X("Target"),Y("Arrow")-Y("Target"))+90

    I hope that helps.

Oh, right! Click on the arrow, go to the 4th tab in the properties (red arrow on white sheet), and uncheck "Follow the frame".

You're setting the position, not the angle.

Remove set X position and replace set Y position by set angle.

Is there a way of changing the "action point/hot spot" of an object (arrow) to the same position of the Player "action/hot spot"?

Edit the animation? Or add/subtract the offset?

Bernardo, you need to think about your questions more before you post them. Everyone was new to MMF at some point in time but really most of your questions could be answered with common sense.

You can set the position of an object at runtime by setting the xpos and ypos relative to the player. You may have to use offsets by adding or subtracting certain values to get the correct position but this is something you have to do there is no way for us to tell you exactly how or where it is positioned.
