I will agree with bigredron on this one.

You can start by reading the tutorials. Or maybe one of the tons of examples posted...
Your initial question was [almost] a good one (it could be solved by having your arrow "always look at" the position you want it to point to).

But really, making the arrow stick to the helicopter?
    Read the tutorials.

Re: Arrow looking in the direction of an object (GTA)

The arrow already follow the player, but the arrow turns around her own pivot point, while the arrow should turn around the player.
    (Same as GTA)

Open the arrow's animation editor and click on the eye on the left hand side. Click on the middle button and then OK.

How can i change the pivot point (hot spot) of the arrow to the same coordinate of the players pivot (hot spot)?

To change the action point click the button next to the eye. Set the direction of the arrow to "always" look in the direction of the helicopter.

The arrow keeps turning around her own pivot.
I need the arrow turns around the player just like in the GTA game.

Re: Arrow looking in the direction of an object (GTA)

Do you mean so that the arrow, while following the player will rotate around the player to point in the direction they should be going?

If so, and you're setting the arrows angle , just set it's hotspot in the animation editor a reasonable distance behind the arrow (otherwise the arrow will be on top of the heli), make sure you've got automatic rotations enabled, and always set the position of the arrow relative to the heli (0,0).

Volkliso, I can help you with your first question.
    1. Press Ctrl + K.
    2. In the new toolbar that pops up, click the plus (+) sign.
    3. Making sure the layer labeled "2" is highlighted.
    4. Create a "Counter" object.
    5. Click on the second layer again. On the properties panel, you should see 2 options called "X coefficient" and "Y coefficient". Set both of these options to 0.
    6. Click on your player object. In the Properties panel, go to the Alterable Values tab (looks like A-z) and click "New" under Alterable Value. Rename this value to Health and set the value to however many hits you want your character to take before dying.
    7. Click on the counter object. In the Properties panel, go to the settings tab (looks like a checkmark on a piece of paper) and set the Display type to "Horizontal Bar". Change the "Count" option to "from left". You can also change the bar to a different color here.
    8. In the events editor, make a condition that says "Always" which is in the computer icon, and for the event, select Set Counter, click "Retrieve data from an object", and select your player, Values, and finally choose your Health Alterable Value.
When your character takes damage from something, subtract from the alterable value instead of the counter. You can place the counter anywhere on your screen and it won't move relative to the player's view. Good luck on your game!
