Error always at 99.99% Seek failed on an unnamed..

This really annoyed me as I tried 3 times, and completely made a new installer with the same files but again I get this annoying error and what makes it more annoying is, it's right at 99.99% and doesn't actually save the .exe AND it took 3-4 hours to build!!

So what? Why didn't show this error at the start, instead it made me wait for hours just for an error without no .exe anyway!

I don't even know what to do or how to come across this error..

I don't know what could be causing this but here's a guess...
You said the installer takes 3 - 4 hours to build!!! Wow, that's very long!!! So my guess would be is the installation resulting in a file bigger then 2Gb because as far as I know, Install Creator doesn't support files that big and so, if your file is bigger then that, perhaps that's why Install Creator is unable to complete the build.

I managed to build 2.5GB installer on previous occasions. I tried again, this time to go to 100% with the .exe then I get the error again and I only can click on ok and .exe is deleted.

There has got to be something but I'm unable to tell what it is as error is not really self-explantory.

This error means that your installer is too big. The current version of Install Creator cannot generate install programs larger than 2 Gb.
