    Delay! help

    I got a simple ball/paddle game with a loop right after
    start of frame line for 3 seconds. That delay runs fine
    but only on starting ball. Now I need the same 3 second
    delay to slow ball serve to player on balls 2 and 3. I
    know I'm looking at it but my eyes seem closed.

    Timer = 6 and Timer = 9? What are you trying to do?

    Hello, what I have is a breakout game with extras. The ONLY
    problem I have is getting my ball to wait a couple of seconds
    before moving. At present I did a new event,3 second timer after
    start of frame at top of events but it only delays first ball
    the rest shoot right out, the second one drains. Maybe not in the
    place but I tryed a few different ways and nothing works. Any
    help is thankful, It is a bummer to be 99% down with a project.

    Use the condition "Restrict Actions", it will run once then wait until the time is out then run again. Add to a counter with it and when the counter = 2 then shoot the ball and reset it to 0 again.

    Ok I did what you said, I think! And I guess that the ball shoots
    and isn't bounce against the walls just going threw it. Is the
    shot ball different then the one in stock bounce. It was all
    working before just stock except for the delay. Maybe is this
    what i needed was to shoot a ball from a invisable point and
    reset all my bouncing in the event editor again with the new
    shot and remove bounce, I think? So many things seem simple
    and I know i'm a click away! Any ideals?

    Well I can't help you there, I will need more information. Do you think you could post an expample with just the ball passing through the walls issue?
