    Midi Support

What are the reason behind midis not being supported?

Its not a total problem since i've converted my midis into .ogg files, but it is alittle aggravating when exporting a game.

    Re: Midi Support

Flash can only play mp3s, so every sound or music you put in your game is converted to mp3s when you export.

Converting midis is more tricky than just converting wav or ogg, so it's been left to the user to do that themselves.

Midis are not converted to MP3 when exporting. You just get an error when exporting.

MIDIs are just data, there is no sound.

You cant convert midi to MP3, it is really just running it through a sample library. It's like "building" the midi.

You can, however, play a midi into another sound format.
Working as fast as I can on Fusion 3
