    Landing Animation

    This has been asked before, but I want to try to get a landing animation. Landing animation is made, I'm using the Platformer Movement object, how would I do it?

    I would do something like while character is jumping/in the air, to add 1 to alterable value. If it is greater than 10 lets say, and character touches ground, plays landing animation and make the character´s movement stop. Reset that alterable value to 0 as well once hes on the ground...hope it makes sense

    Well with the PMO..

    +Object is standing on ground
    +one action when event loops
    -Play landing animation

    Ahem..Make sure the stopped/walking animations won't play if the landing animation is. And you might want to set X vel to 0.

    I actually found another way that worked.
    +When jumping/in air
    -Increase value
    +When value =< 2
    +When land
    -Play animation
    I tried it that way.
