    mouse cursor

I have the mouse cursor hidden in my game, problem is if mouse coordinates go outside my game the cursor is turned on.

How can I turn the cursor off completely even if it is outside my game?

Why would you want to do that? That sounds like a mighty bad idea to me.

Even so, use the Mouse Object to set the mouse to a completely transparent image.

I advise against that very much. You should either have your game full screen (not by default, have an option in game) or leave the mouse pointer normal.
